Newcomer Nashville Leadership

Newcomers Nashville operates under a steering committee comprised of volunteers who make decisions together and volunteer for tasks. Positions run from January through December. All positions are shared as our goal remains to have fun and not to have too many rules! The original steering committee members of 2015 serve as advisers.

History

In April of 2015, the club was founded under the leadership of a steering committee comprised of the founding members who hailed from Canada, Florida, Ohio, South Carolina, California and Illinois. As the club grew, members began to bring other ladies who were not always new to town and our membership became a delightful mix of newcomers and not-so-new ladies. In 2019, our name was changed to Newcomers Nashville and Friends to reflect our membership.

Cost

The club is dues free. You'll be asked to pay for your own meal or ticket for anything you attend. If there is a commonly shared cost, then we may pass a hat and share that expense.
